Delivered solution

A dedicated testing workstation was developed for the company, focusing on the leak-tightness and functionality testing of face masks. The solution enables the testing of valves as well as the drinking system, both of which are essential for the proper functioning of the product.

The operator identifies the mask using a barcode, places it on the test head and starts the automatic testing cycle. The device performs a vacuum leak test, checks the valves and flow functionality, and then stores the results for further use. The testing itself runs independently of the operator, ensuring reliable and consistent results.

The workstation is equipped with two testing positions, enabling a smooth testing process. The solution also includes automatic data recording and full traceability within the production process.
