Our company's goal is to bring quality machines and robotic equipment to the market, providing all technical services from 3D design to the delivery of the required technology, including aftercare throughout the life of the equipment. At the same time, we want to increase the degree of automation of the equipment and minimize the human factor while maintaining all ergonomic rules.

Quality objectives

 

One of the main goals of our company is to continuously improve the quality of services provided to our customers. To support this goal, our company has implemented and certified a quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. The quality of our products and services is more important to us than a momentary increase in turnover.

History of the company

The history of our company began in 1999. At that time we were called C.B.G. Impex s.r.o. We replaced the lack of start-up capital with hard work, diligence and determination. In the beginning, we were engaged in the execution of small orders in engineering and construction and supporting trade with foreign countries.
Since 2003, we began to specialize in the design and manufacture of machinery and equipment. From the enthusiasm of two partners and also the only employees, the company started to grow in terms of personnel to the current almost 100 core employees.
Over time, we have transformed our initial "garage" facilities into a modern industrial complex with valuable machinery and technology. Our goal was and still is to create an environment where both employee and customer feel comfortable and have everything they need at their disposal.
In 2019, we changed our name to CBG AUTOMATION s.r.o. We wanted our company name to better reflect our area of business and interest - automation and robotics. Everything else has remained the same - we are still a purely Czech company with exclusively Czech capital and representation, no changes in our company ownership.

Today, CBG AUTOMATION s.r.o. is a leading supplier of industrial automation, not only in the Czech Republic. Our production lines and automatic equipment can be found in the automotive, electrical and food industries. At the same time, we also have quality references in products from the field of medical applications.
We are facing new challenges in connection with the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the introduction of robotics and digitalization in all sectors of our lives. Our goal is to make people's work as easy and pleasant as possible. Automation and robotics is our business and we are ready to meet the demanding requirements of our customers.
Today, the "we are such a small family company..." used at the beginning no longer applies in our company, we have grown. But the valuable phrase "family business" has remained with us. We want to be a company where good, open and healthy relationships, a friendly atmosphere and constructive problem solving prevail. We are not interested in favouritism and unnecessary hierarchical structure. We want to keep the fresh look of a dynamic and flexible Czech company. It is always important for us to listen to the creative ideas of our colleagues and the needs of our customers. We constantly care for good relations with employees, customers and suppliers. Even though we deal with automation and robotics, people come first.

We support charitable and beneficial projects

We actively cooperate with the Papal Missionary Works PMD project, which provides basic necessities of life for children in the poorest parts of the world, and we are a long-term partner of the charities DIAKONIE and CHARITA, which care for the elderly, sick and homeless. We also participate in other equally important projects: the BABY box, the Mobile Hospice Tree of Life, the collection for Ukraine, etc.

Civic engagement

We are not indifferent to the locality in which we live and work. We are aware that many people are not born with the same conditions for a good and happy life. For this reason, it is important for us to support people who have been less fortunate in life or have found themselves marginalised due to illness and adverse social conditions. We recognize that our mission is also to change things around us for the better, to contribute to improving the lives of those around us and beyond our homeland.

Ecological projects

Sustainability of resources, conservation and respect for the environment is a priority for us. We want to contribute to preserving our planet in its beauty for future generations. Not wasting is a prerequisite for us to be environmentally friendly, so we act efficiently.
