We can take a lovely four hours off work on our birthday. Slav, rest, relax! And that's not all, on our birthday day we have the opportunity to go to the staff for coffee and praline.

In addition to the statutory holiday, we have a 5-day gift from our employer. That's 25 days in total. We know it's important to rest, so we like to give ourselves extra rest. And all employees are entitled to this benefit from the start of their employment.

For each day worked, we receive a meal allowance of CZK 99 from our employer. 

There is nothing to add to that. We have the ability to have flexible hours as needed. Plus, every minute we work counts from the time we are marked on the attendance system. No need to stress in the morning when we have a red light. No need to arrive at an exact time, just prefer everything at ease.

We like to cheer each other up with good coffee, which we all have for free.

Your private numbers will be included in the company network that is negotiated with T-Mobile. This gives the employee and their family cheaper mobile services.

Just an agreement with colleagues that you want to go go karting, on a bike trip, skiing, to the theatre... They are happy to contribute financially or in kind to this event.

We support employee training because we know that the high level of expertise of our employees is one of the keys to our success. We participate in hard and soft skills courses, various workshops and conferences. Employees who need good English as part of their profession have English lessons completely free of charge and during working hours.
